APPENDIX A: THE HANDLING OF PARTICIPANTS IN ACT 1, SCENE 1 AND 2
Abstract
The aim here is to make explicit the surprisingly patterned manner in which participants enter and leave the story, and to point out some of the syntacttic devices by which focus is switched.Authors retain copyright and grant the Journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this Journal.
This is an open access journal, and the authors and journal should be properly acknowledged, when works are cited.
Authors may use the publishers version for teaching purposes, in books, theses, dissertations, conferences and conference papers.
