Abstract
In this essay Paul's major theological decisions determining the course of his mission are explained. He adhered to principles that the faith of the individual is fundamental and that congregations are constituted beyond the boundaries marked by gender, kinfolk, ethnicity and cultural identity. Thereby Paul had a permanent influence on the identity of Christianity.Authors retain copyright and grant the Journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this Journal.
This is an open access journal, and the authors and journal should be properly acknowledged, when works are cited.
