HOE MOET ‘N MENS DIE BYBEL LEES? DIE HERMENEUTIESE PROBLEEM
Abstract
Wie hom inlaat met die stortvloed literatuur oor ons onderwerp, staan spoedig versteld voor die enorme hoeveelheid denkenergie wat daar gedurende die afgelope aantal dekades in kerklike en teologiese kringe aan die sogenaamde hermeneutiese problem bestee is. Die vraag kan dan geredelik opkom of hierdie besteding nie straks ‘n onnodige, en daarby alles behalwe onskuldige verspilling is nie. Lei die konsentrasie op die vraag hoe die Bybel gelees moet word, nie tot ‘n verstrikking van die Christelike denke in ‘n warnet van suiwer formele kwessies nie? Sou dit nie vrugbaarder wees om gewoon uit te gaan van die feit dat die Bybel gelees word, en alle aandag te skenk aan wat die Bybel ons aan inhoud te belewe, te denke en te doen gee nie?Downloads
