AbstractThe relation lecturer/student seen psychologicallyIn this paper an individual orientated model of teaching is propagated. Structured according to this model, teaching takes the form of a dialogue between lecturer and student. In a Socratic manner the lecturer stimulates the student to develop into a critical and creative thinker, Study guides, set aims and various other didactic methods enable the student to make progress according to his own ability.
