Abstract


Op die gebied van leerplanontwerp is die jongste verlede druk navorsing gedoen.

Op eie bodem is baanbrekerswerk gedoen deur ‘n navorsingsgroep aan die Randse Afrikaanse Universiteit.  Vergelyk ook J S Hill, doktorale proefskrif: Kriteria vir seleksie en ordening van kurrikuluminhoud, Preotira, 1974; F van der Stoep en W J LouW, Inleidng tot die didaktiese Pedagogiek, Pretoria, 1976; R A Krüger, doktorale proefskrif: Beginsels en kriteria vir Kurrikulumontwerp, Pretoria, 1980.  Laasgenoemde haal H A Hesse en W Manz, Einführung in die Curricuumforschung, Stuttgart, 1971, 9, aan wat sê: “Curriculum is tzu einem den pädagogischen Bereich veranlassenden Modewort geworden”.  Ook D K Wheeler, Curriculum Process, London, 1976 wat sê: “Interest in the curriculum can be paralleled only by the scientific movement of the twenties.”
