Lamentations. (The Two Horizons Old Testament Commentary)

Gideon R Kotze

Abstract

This commentary on the book of Lamentations forms part of The Two Horizons Old
Testament Commentary series (THOTC). This series seeks to part the 'iron curtain'
that separates biblical studies from systematic theology by offering section-bysection
exegesis of Old Testament books in dialogue with theological concerns. Parry's
volume consists of an introductory chapter, a commentary on the five chapters of
Lamentations and a chapter containing theological reflections on the content of the book.
The commentary closes with an extensive bibliography and two indices.
