Abstract

In this article Wolfgang Hubers work on freedom is used to reflect on human dignity from a Protestant perspective. It is argued that the close connection between freedom and human dignity in Hubers work allows for a meaningful construction and that it can contribute to the discourse on human dignity in the context of South Africas secularity and (religious) pluralism.
