Abstract
Since its foundation three years ago the Southern African Society for the Promotion of Biblical Studies has slowly but surely become a factor of importance in the field of study. Because of the participation of universities, colleges, departments of education, churches and other interested parties, a unique forum is provided for serving and promoting the interests of Biblical Studies. The articles in this edition were read as papers at the third annual meeting held in Pretoria in May 1984, under the general theme: An evaluation of the value of Biblical Studies.Downloads
Authors retain copyright and grant the Journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this Journal.
This is an open access journal, and the authors and journal should be properly acknowledged, when works are cited.
