TEACHING THE BIBLE TO ADULTS
Résumé
Adult education has for many years been seen as a mere continuation of a process already followed with children. Adult learners were therefore taught as if they were no more than reason, learn, understand and interpret academic material has led to the rethinking of the whole topic and to a new approach to adult education known as andragogy. Centuries ‘old views and practices relating to adult education have been questioned and new views put forward. Adult learners and teachers of adults have now become equal partners in the quest for knowledge, wisdom and academic excellence. This paper is an attempt at following these developments and relating them to Biblical Studies.Téléchargements
